I dont understand why my background is blurred when I have that turned off. The signal is feeding thru my logitech app into Vcam. The image on the logitech app is clear but the view on Vcam is blurred background and the Vcam setting is original.

Hi Todd, where are you trying to use VCam? It'd be best to check there is no blur being added there. If it's not too much trouble, could you also send over some screenshots of the Logitech and VCam app to joyo@splitmedialabs.com please? Feel free to edit your face out if you'd prefer, we'd just benefit from seeing the input (Logitech) and the passthrough (VCam) to understand what may be happening.
