First Video Call takes ages to Start (slow Start)

The First call in the morning it takes ages until the Webcam shows in MS Teams.

The other calls in the day are quicker but it is not as quick as if I would access the Webcam directly.

I notice the same. My first Teams meeting of the day in so slow. Take up to 10s to render the camera, even if I already have VCam loaded at Windows startup. After that it seems fine and only takes a second or two.
