Martin Price the app needs a bit of time to sync any changes to the cloud. Does the issue happen if you close the app too quickly after making changes to the name tag?

Michael Ybanez I spoke too soon. Can we be clear about how much time is needed to sync? The first test; I left on for 30 mins and it was there but then seemed to disappear after I'd sent the message. I've tried shorter, like 10 mins and it doesn't appear to work. If it is this brittle, there needs to be something in the app that tells whether settings are saved to the cloud or not. The fact that unlike Logos and Backgrounds, this doesn't appear in the dashboard makes it difficult to know what is or isn't happening.

We have an internal development build that hopes to fix the name tag issue on your end. It might have been of a different nature from the recent issue we fixed. (No real need to reinstall the official public build after trying this out once. This build will get notified of any updates on the official update branch anyway.)
