If I kill my entire browser (brave) and restart the vcam, then it will work ONCE. But the next time I go to use it I have to kill everything again, which makes it very difficult to use the app.

Hi Eric, this isn't something we have come across during development. I'll run this by the team and follow up once we have a more concrete idea as to what might be happening here.

Jon Young yeah I am tempted to try it in different browser... such as chrome directly instead of brave... but its sort of a strange problem. The vcam app reports that there is an active client but google meet says camera initializing for a bit and then says the camera is off... but the app still says there is an active client.

Killing the whole browser usually fixes it like I said.
