poor quality, and pixels appear when you move... Zoom or Meet is better for quality

I'm on a Surface Laptop Studio 2 and it comes with an NPU. However, when the NPU is selected, for HW acceleration, it only shows the camera freed as an thin "X" over the background. Also, even when I disable Automatic under Performance it switches back more times than not start up. Since I've got the NPU issue I have to set it to use the built in GPUs (it has 2) each time I restart. I've reported this before via chat/email support. PLEASE help!

I am not able to change the camera settings (saturation, white balance, zoom, etc) in Vcam.ai . The settings button for the camera, as shown on this page: https://help.vcam.ai/en/article/camera-sources-and-camera-settings-1ksfosp/ does not appear for me. It does appear in Xsplit Vcam. My camera is a Logi C920.

Lifetime license holder. On macOS Sequoia 15.1.1 6 MB video test background - upload video shows "uploading" forever. Tried different videos, app restart, and more. Trying version Version 2.0.253 (2.0.253)

It will only accept OBS virtual camera as an input on my setup, I don't have a regular webcam, but I also have IVCam which it won't recognize. OBS virtual cam shows twice in the list, bot no other cameras.

the camera cotrol i used to have is gone there is an unwanted zoom feature that makes me appear larger than i would require the edges of my head (bald) are jagged to an annyoing extents the backgrounds are cropped in a weird fashion what good have you done in this version, escapes my completely all good features I used to love in xsplit vcam are now far worse than before. even zoom is better on background control and presentation.

When I have a log and name tag enabled, if the either ends up solely or partially on the background it is removed as though it were in the background. If however I position them over my image, they do not get removed. This can be seen in the MS-Teams view. Part of the name tag is over my image and you can see it, however the logo and a small bit of the name tag are removed due to being outside of my image.

I have not been able to upload or select logos since some updates. They are available on the dashboard. They can only be uploaded via the dashboard and are then also available in the app, but cannot be selected.

I have a fireplace video background I use for fireside chats that has some sound of a crackling fireplace in it. When I boot my computer vcam.ai runs in the background, and starts playing the audio from this video for some reason. It's not my default background, and I'm not using vcam.ai either, and when I open the app the sound goes away. Expected behavior is that any sounds from a video file used as a background will be stripped out and not played through my speakers, and definitely not played when the app is running in the background.

Often I cannot upload a new background image... the upload spinner is shown, after a couple seconds it will be hidden, but the picture has not been uploaded
