It will only accept OBS virtual camera as an input on my setup, I don't have a regular webcam, but I also have IVCam which it won't recognize. OBS virtual cam shows twice in the list, bot no other cameras.

Name tag is showing in reverse on zoom

Sometimes, when using OBS virtual cam, the camera just goes black suddenly. Also, sometimes when I join a meeting (not using OBS) it goes black. In all cases, deactivating and then reactivating the camera fixes this, but was not an issue with previous app.

Often I cannot upload a new background image... the upload spinner is shown, after a couple seconds it will be hidden, but the picture has not been uploaded

When I open the app, it hangs on Initializing camera. The only way to fix this is to restart PC, which gets really tiresome.

On my M1 Macbook Pro, VCam AI has an unusable amount of lag in Photo Booth and QuickTime. Trying to record into either of those results in a 1 FPS slideshow. I don't know what's going on, even with all other programs closed it's still unusable. I spent $30 on this license and it doesn't even work. I want a refund.

I do have a lifetime license from the previous XSplit license. When I launch the VCam and login the app behaves perfectly in the full feature mode. When I quit the app from the System Tray or restart computer I do see the watermark and option to upgrade. I need to log-out and log-in again in order to mitigate the issue. Could the app somehow please remember the license is valid?

I'm running my c922 pro at 180p @ 30 fps, everything else is default, and when I move I can see the image get a little blurry in obs, and in my test stream, then roughly 1 second after I stop moving it clears up, doesn't matter how far I move. I use my Vcam through OBS to share my camera and screen with friends while I work. I then take a call from Teams, and when that call hangs up the camera goes dark in OBS and in Vcam it shows like the screenshot attached. Won't work in OBS again until I deactivate then reactivate it. It seems that when Teams no longer needs it, it hangs it up everywhere. In Windows 11. HELP!
